E-mail Signature Block

    Add a BPiA signature block to your outgoing e-mails, people do notice them and the message gets out. Here are instructions for including a signature in Outlook Express message -

1. In Outlook Express, click on Tools in the Toolbar menu at the top of the screen.
2. Click on Options in the drop down menu.
3. . Click on the "Signatures" tab.
4. In this dialogue box, click on "New", make sure there is a tick in box "all ougoing messages"
5. Type your message in the Edit box near the bottom of the box.
6. Click "Apply", then click "OK"
7. When you write your next outgoing mail, the prepared message automatically appears, and moves down the screen.
